1 Definitions
- "Company" refers to POS Machines, its employees, and affiliates.
- "Client" refers to any individual or business using our services.
- "Equipment" refers to POS terminals, card readers, and related hardware.
- "Services" includes leasing, buying, renting, and payment processing solutions.
2 Acceptance of Terms
By using our services, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts.
All information you provide is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
3 Equipment Lease, Purchase & Rental
📝 Lease Terms
- Monthly payments as agreed in contract
- Equipment remains property of POS Machines until fully paid
- Early termination fees may apply
💰 Purchase Terms
- Full payment required before equipment delivery
- Ownership transfers upon payment completion
- Standard warranty applies as per manufacturer
🔁 Rental Terms
- Minimum rental period: 3 months
- Equipment must be returned in original condition
- Damages beyond normal wear incur additional charges

Credit/debit cards, ACH transfers, and approved financing options.

Billing Cycle
Monthly on the date specified in your agreement. Late payments subject to 1.5% monthly fee.

We reserve the right to suspend services and recover equipment after 30 days of non-payment.

5 Equipment Use & Maintenance

- Illegal transactions
- Unauthorized modifications
- Sub-leasing without consent

- Proper handling & storage
- Regular software updates
- Immediate damage reporting
6 Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer: POS Machines shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Lost profits or business interruption
- Data loss or security breaches beyond our control
- Third-party service failures (banks, networks)
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of USA.
Any disputes will first attempt resolution through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, binding arbitration will apply as per the American Arbitration Association rules.
9 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
